"So you were saying you wanted to get to know me more?"

I just got back from CAMP PHENOMENA '08!
It was excting and really phenomenal! :D
It was indeed better than Camp Breakaway '07!

So, day 1 was just fabulous. We played games, had our lunch, had sessions, had workshops and lastly, we had our night session! Woah. It was awesome I tell ya. The drama put up by our zone people really pulled down the presence of God and it really opened my heart. It prepared for a great session with God. Through praise and worship, the love of God really flowed into my heart :) Ahhhh. And then, bro Edmund and Jared ministered to us :) I was hungry for more of God. So happy! After the Hero game, I stayed up through the night with Seewan, Richard, Afred to prepare for mock cell the next day.

Day 2. I reaped what I sowed. I didn't sleep, so I felt extremely tired. I was very sad I couldn't enjoy day 2 to its fullest due to my fatigue. I even missed the entire waterbomb part, cause I was too drained. Went to my bunk to catch some sleep. What a pity! Turn to your neighbours and say "so sad!" Hahaha! Yeah lor. Night session, bro edmund led us into a deeper presence of God and talked about stepping out. Gwendolyn Tan wants to step out, I want to change myself, and make a difference in the world around me :) I liked the first friendship song we sang. Yet another new and unfamiliar song to me, but a great one, which I really could feel for.

Day 3. Left PLMGS around 2 plus, then sat around and chatted with a few of the zone people at Kovan market. Left around 5 plus. Reached home around 7, and died all the way til this morning 9. Ha!

I'm so glad for the friendships I've forged this camp. All the GAD-ians. I hope our friendships will last, forever and ever. Can't wait for next yr's camp!
