Remembered watching A Walk To Remember quite a few times when I was younger.
It's a great show. & after hearing this song and watching the above video, I really feel like watching it again.

I'M SO FULL!

I'M GONNA BURSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

I walked in mac at 11+ pm just now, wanting to buy icecream.
Felt like eating something. And felt like eating icecream.

The moment I stepped in mac, the fragrance of the fries overwhelmed me... And tempted me :(
I sadly gave into temptation and ordered a pack of LARGE FRIES.

I stepped out... And realized, I was still full from dinner :'(
And that I've no appetite suddenly, at all. :(

And I spent the moments after forcing fries down my throat.
And, I finished the entire thing! The entire overflowing packet of fries!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope fats will help me promoteeeeeeee :X

I'm so tired, oh gosh!! :(

God of Timings.

I realized, God is really a God of TIMINGS.

Many a times, it is not just about completing the task He has appointed us, it is about the timing. When it is completed by... How long we take.. Etc.
A very good example is tithing. Tithes are called FIRST FRUITS ya?

God is also never too early, never too late, but just on time. He always brings the right encouragements, right people, right sermon, right word at the right time.

There's always a season for everything. And God has His timing and ways to make things happen.

If there's one thing I've caught this season of my life, it's to trust in His timing. And not my own.
Not to live by what I want, but really know that whatever is in the huge mind of God that knows all things is what is best for me.

And I don't wanna miss out on His timing. On what He's doing at each moment. I want to learn to listen, be obedient, and follow. :)

Poor laptop!

Gosh oh gosh.
I dropped my laptop hard on the ground four times since I got it early this year!! :(

2 of which happened today.
Once at cell group when I forgot to zip my laptop bag, and it slipped out of the bag and bam. Hit the ground...
Second time I dropped it was JUST. Accidentally pushed it off my bed, and it landed on the floor with a loud bang!
Til my mom called out from her room and asked if I just dropped something.

SIGH.

Interesting Thursday

Here are some interesting facts that made my interesting Thursday really interesting. Hee.

(i) I was supposed to meet Em at suntec today. When she was done with her work at Suntec, I was at Cityhall. So I went over to Suntec. At the same time, she was walking over to Cityhall. So when I reached Suntec, I ended up walking back towards Cityhall. Haha. :)


(ii) Sun's new awesome english single, Fancy Free, was going to be played on 91.3FM. Emy and I didn't want to miss it. So even while watching The Ugly Truth in theatres, we were listening to the radio! Multitask.
The song was played during a funny part of the show. When I stopped laughing, I found the tune played on radio so familiar!! I realized it was the song!!! Thank God I recognized it before it ended! :)


(iii) Em & I left Suntec area at 1145pm. We wanted to take 502e back to the west..
Who would have imagined?? We actually accidentally took 518e instead O.O I don't know how either. I was so shocked when I saw TP after we travelled for quite long. My oh my.


(iv) Tons more interesting stuffs, we're interesting people afteralllll :P

A nudging in my heart

It's 3:13 am now.
3 hours left to do important things before I have to prepare for school.
Hope I won't sleep tonighttt.

Basically, I spent 2 hours rotting, trying to untag myself in facebook photos. After I reached home at 11.
It didn't help much, cause I think I untagged myself in 100 photos. But I've 200 more to go. Gee.
(Ah, don't do this again Gwen. FB is just not worth so much time!!)

Then, spent another 2 hours. Doing what was very important in my opinion. I'm feeling so much better now!

Fatty Birthday Daddy!

Despite knowing I will be having a buffet dinner tonight to celebrate my Dad's birthday, I still had breakfast and a very sinful late lunchiiieee. :/

But so anyway, my family went for a buffet dinner at Royal Plaza at Scotts Road! :) It was really costly!! Like, about 400 dollars for 5 of us :O Well, let me bring you on a tour to find out what makes it so expensive! Hee.

When we reached, we were first greeted by a beautiful setting in the hotel lobby. There were beautiful candles :)
We went into the restaurant we were gonna dine in - The Carousel.
I liked the way they placed the utensils. High-class places... Haha.
I had Japanese Soba!! :) It was nice. The soba was greentea-flavoured. Hehe yummy.
MY LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Queen of all food - Sashimi!!!! (second time I ate today)
Pasta & Sauteed Vegetables :) They were really nice!
Lentil soup! (Y) Drooling at the thought of it now. Haha.
The difference between watermelon juice sold in a market and here - the way it is presented!!
DESSERT :D Chocolate fondue & icecream!!
MORE DESSERT!!!! I'm a pure glutton. :D :/

I yumcha-ed today with Dannon, Jason & Kelvin at, well, yumcha. Haha! They serve great dimsum, and all of us ended up really full! I felt so so so full!



We were celebrating the success of our Sentosa Amazing Race. Really too bad Lawrence and Kenneth couldn't join us though :( I was strongly convinced we were all suffering from post-sentosaamazingrace syndromes though. Hee. We kept talking about it!!

Went to Changi airport thereafter to pick bro up!
Yeah! He's back from Aussie until Sunday to celebrate my Dad's birthday :D
Speaking of which, it's my Dad's birthday today!! :) I love him so!!

1. Visit to Nanhua on Teachers Day!
Missed my secondary school friends so very much! Missed Sexy O! So glad I got to finally meet up and catch up with them last week. And more meet-ups to come, yes!! :) Syanni must organize class outings real soon! I can still vividly remember our 4/8 Halloween party. Haha.

Sentosa Amazing Race!

We had our sub-zone Sentosa Amazing Race today! :)
It was done up, with much much much effort put in.
I'm genuinely glad to have the privilege to be part of the planning committee of this event!
I feel really happy now, after the event. Knowing that with God, we made it happen :)

Cheers to all my fellow planners! You guys really made this process fun and enjoyable :D

And really thank God for His grace that covered the whole event.
There was a possibility of a downpour, but He held the weather for us.
& for overturning every mistake, and causing things to eventually turn out right :)

I had fun, and I smell breakthrough!
I learnt a lot through this event!

Do you guys have any guai4 pi4? Which, in English, means weird habits?

I have one.. Haha.
Since I was really young, I started loving to smell my spoons when I drink soup.
I still love to do so! :X
My sis always says I'm weird.
But, soup tastes better when you smell your spoon. Okay... Or rather, I enjoy it more. SHRUGS!

Maybe you should try smelling yours next time. Hehehe.
